Pottery by Peggy Peggy Grigor Peggy Grigor has been a potter since 1977, a pottery teacher since 1982 and a co-owner of The Pottery Store since December 2009. She is mainly self taught, but has attended numerous workshops from the masters on her travels across Canada. In addition, she served as president, studio head and gallery coordinator at Hill Potters Guild in Richmond Hill, Ontario, for over 20 years.Peggy has won several awards along the way and has been selected three times for the prestigious “Sooke Fine Arts Show”. All functional pieces are oven, dishwasher and microwave safe and use non-toxic materials.An author, as well as a potter, Peggy released her latest book in September 2008, entitled “The Pottery Class – Life Lessons in the Studio”, which is available for purchase in The Pottery Store, at her studio or online here.
Peggy offers private and semi-private pottery classes in her fully-equipped studio, Turning Point Arts, in Saltair B.C.
